Hybrid Children Live Sirkus Punk Festival, Hämeenlinna 29.3.2013

This one dates back for almost year ago, but as there are some kick ass photos to represent I decided to release them in here too. And all thought the image quality isn't perfect on these, since I only had my 60D back then, I think these images capture some of the basic elements of rock n' roll.

Pää Kii Live Hämptön Rock 30.3.2013

This was the first time I had the chance to see Pää Kii play live. And by far it has been the only one as well, but i'll be seeing them live soon.

This show was part of the Hämptön Rock event. If i remember correctly there were Roctum, Hybrid Children and Pää Kii. And maybe some other band started the evening, but I just can't remember the name of the band....

The show had some special treats as Joey Luumäki took the as they played "Uskon Beatleksiin" which is a Kari Peitsamo cover.

Pictures have lot's of noise as I didn't have my 6D back then and 60D's noise handling isn't that good.. But the pictures have a good vibe I think.

Roctum Live Hämptön Rock, Hämeenlinna, 23.2.2014

Time to lock down your windows and doors! Hide Your wives and daughters! The mean motherfuckers are here! 

Not only greatest, but the best of the best! Roctum was the headlining act on Hämptön Rock 2014 Band delivered on satanic show full of body parts and sexual tension! It was fierce! It was, well... I'm not allowed to tell You all. You must come and see next year!

Time for some punk rock this time boys and girls...

I've always felt strong affinity to the punk rock scene, well, not the scene, but the music and the ideology behind it. There are lot's of different factions in this genre as well, but I will not dig deeper into that matter as this time as this post ain't about my affections or factions. That discussion is going on in other places. Music is music and the impact that it makes on a personal level is the most important thing. The only thing that should matter. All else is, well, nonsense.

Anyhow, I've been shooting these boys on various occasions and I've always been warmly welcomed and i've really enjoyed what I have accomplished during these sessions.

So, go on, take a look and see if You like it as much as I do.

And go see the band live!
